STORY // EST. 2020

Built by a family that got tired of watching small businesses get big-company treatment.

K & A Innovations started in 2020 in Gray, Tennessee, with a simple observation: small businesses were paying for technology they didn’t understand, waiting on hold for people they’d never met, and getting surprised by invoices they never saw coming. We thought that deserved fixing.

So we built the company we’d want to hire: family-owned, flat-rate, security-first, and fluent in plain English. Technology and innovation are at our core — but the promise is simpler than that. We watch your systems like they’re ours, we explain everything like you’re smart but busy (you are), and we pick up the phone.

Today the four of us run IT, cybersecurity, phones, websites, and marketing for businesses across the Tri-Cities. Small team on purpose: you’ll know our names, and we’ll know your network.
