Do I need an appointment to bring in my computer?
No — walk-ins are welcome Monday–Friday 8–5 and Saturday 9–2 at our shop in Gray, TN. If you'd rather call ahead, (833) 954-0477 works too, and for many software problems we can connect remotely so you never have to leave your desk.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on what's wrong, which is why we diagnose first and quote before we touch anything. You'll get a plain-English explanation of the problem and the price to fix it. And if a repair isn't worth the money, we'll say so and help you weigh your options — no surprises on the invoice.
Can you recover files from a dead hard drive?
Often, yes — especially if you stop using the drive the moment you notice trouble. Success depends on how the drive failed, so we assess it and give you honest odds before any work starts. Severely damaged drives sometimes need a specialty lab, and we'll tell you when that's the better route.
Is it worth upgrading my old computer instead of replacing it?
Frequently. Swapping a spinning hard drive for an SSD and adding RAM can make a five-year-old machine feel new again, usually for far less than a replacement. Bring it in and we'll tell you honestly which side of that line yours falls on.
Do you work on business computers, or just personal ones?
Both. We repair single business machines and whole fleets — point-of-sale systems, front-desk PCs, field laptops — with no contract required.
