QUESTIONS // STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Frequently asked questions
Will VoIP call quality be good on our internet connection?
For most offices, yes — voice traffic uses surprisingly little bandwidth, and call quality depends more on how your network is configured than on raw speed. During the free assessment we test your connection and set up your router to prioritize voice, so calls stay clear even when the whole office is online. If your internet genuinely can't support it, we'll tell you that up front.
Can we keep our current phone numbers?
Yes. Number porting is part of every install — we handle the carrier paperwork and schedule the switch so your old line keeps ringing right up until the new system takes over. Your customers never have to learn a new number.
What happens to our phones if the internet goes down?
Your calls don't have to go down with it. We set up failover rules during the design phase, so incoming calls automatically route to your mobile apps or forward to cell phones. A cut cable becomes an inconvenience instead of a silent front desk.
Do we have to buy all new desk phones?
Not necessarily. Many existing IP phones can be reprogrammed to work with the new system, and some teams skip desk phones entirely and run everything through the desktop and mobile apps. We'll sort out what's reusable during the assessment and only recommend hardware you actually need.
How much does a business VoIP system cost?
It depends on how many lines you need, what hardware you keep, and which features matter to you — so we won't quote a number before we've looked. What we can promise: one flat monthly rate once you're on board, no per-ticket fees, and a plain-English proposal after the free assessment. No long-term contract required.
Ready for phones that just work?
Book a free assessment and we'll look at your current setup, your bill, and how calls actually flow through your office — then tell you in plain English what we'd do differently. No pressure, no jargon, no long-term contract required.
