SERVICES // WHAT'S INCLUDED

One system, every way you talk

System design & installation

We map your lines, pick the right hardware, and install everything — configured, tested, and ready before we leave.

Call flows & auto-attendants

Callers reach the right person the first time. We build menus, ring groups, and after-hours routing around how you actually work.

Mobile & desktop apps

Your office number rings on your cell and your laptop. Take calls from the truck, the job site, or the kitchen table.

Number porting

Keep the number your customers already know. We handle the carrier paperwork and time the switch so you never miss a call.

Ongoing management & support

Adds, moves, changes, and fixes — all covered by your flat rate. We monitor the system 24/7 and catch problems early.

Microsoft Teams integration

Make and take business calls right inside Teams. One app for chat, meetings, and your phone line.

ONBOARDING // HOW IT WORKS

Three steps to lift-off.

01 — Free phone assessment

We review your current bills, call volume, and pain points — then tell you plainly whether VoIP makes sense.

02 — Design & switchover

We build your call flows, port your numbers, and install the system — timed so your callers never notice.

03 — We manage it 24/7

Real humans monitor your system around the clock. Changes, updates, and fixes are covered by your flat rate.

QUESTIONS // STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Frequently asked questions

For most offices, yes — voice traffic uses surprisingly little bandwidth, and call quality depends more on how your network is configured than on raw speed. During the free assessment we test your connection and set up your router to prioritize voice, so calls stay clear even when the whole office is online. If your internet genuinely can't support it, we'll tell you that up front.

Yes. Number porting is part of every install — we handle the carrier paperwork and schedule the switch so your old line keeps ringing right up until the new system takes over. Your customers never have to learn a new number.

Your calls don't have to go down with it. We set up failover rules during the design phase, so incoming calls automatically route to your mobile apps or forward to cell phones. A cut cable becomes an inconvenience instead of a silent front desk.

Not necessarily. Many existing IP phones can be reprogrammed to work with the new system, and some teams skip desk phones entirely and run everything through the desktop and mobile apps. We'll sort out what's reusable during the assessment and only recommend hardware you actually need.

It depends on how many lines you need, what hardware you keep, and which features matter to you — so we won't quote a number before we've looked. What we can promise: one flat monthly rate once you're on board, no per-ticket fees, and a plain-English proposal after the free assessment. No long-term contract required.
