What do managed IT services actually cover?
Pretty much everything with a power button: 24/7 monitoring, support, your network, software and licensing, hardware, Microsoft 365, and the cloud. Instead of calling someone after things break, you have one team keeping it all running for a flat monthly rate. And if a piece of your setup isn't covered, we'll tell you up front — no fine-print surprises.
How is this different from calling a repair shop when something breaks?
Break-fix means paying someone to show up after the damage is done. Managed IT means we're watching your systems around the clock and fixing most issues before they ever interrupt your day. Think smoke detector versus fire truck — you want the one that acts early.
What does "flat-rate" really mean? Are there hidden fees?
It means one predictable monthly price for everything in your plan — support calls included, no per-ticket charges. Bigger projects outside the plan, like an office move or a server refresh, get quoted separately and approved by you before any work starts. You'll never open an invoice and be surprised.
We only have a handful of employees. Are we too small for this?

Do you fix things remotely, or do you come onsite?
Both. Most day-to-day issues get resolved remotely because that's fastest for you. When hands need to be on hardware, we're based in Gray and cover the whole Tri-Cities — Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, and everywhere nearby — so an onsite visit is never a big production.
